An assay method is an analytical procedure used to determine the amount or potency of a specified substance in a sample.
Assay Method হলো কোনো sample-এ নির্দিষ্ট substance-এর পরিমাণ বা potency নির্ণয়ের analytical procedure। Pharmaceutical QC laboratory-তে API content নির্ধারণ এবং finished product-এর quality যাচাই করতে assay method ব্যবহৃত হয়। HPLC, UV–Visible spectrophotometry এবং titration হলো assay-এর জন্য ব্যবহৃত সম্ভাব্য analytical techniques।
