Coating is the application of a layer of suitable material onto the surface of a pharmaceutical dosage form.
Coating হলো tablet, pellet বা অন্য dosage form-এর পৃষ্ঠে উপযুক্ত উপাদানের একটি স্তর প্রয়োগ করার প্রক্রিয়া। এটি appearance উন্নত করা, taste masking, moisture protection, drug release পরিবর্তন এবং handling সহজ করার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে। Coating-এর ধরন অনুযায়ী এর উদ্দেশ্য ও process parameters ভিন্ন হয়।
