Dissolution testing is a laboratory test used to determine the rate and extent to which a drug is released from a pharmaceutical dosage form into a specified dissolution medium under controlled conditions.
Dissolution Testing-এর মাধ্যমে নির্দিষ্ট conditions-এ tablet, capsule বা অন্য dosage form থেকে কত দ্রুত এবং কী পরিমাণ drug দ্রবীভূত হয়, তা মূল্যায়ন করা হয়। এটি formulation development, batch quality assessment এবং product performance মূল্যায়নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। পরীক্ষার acceptance criteria সংশ্লিষ্ট pharmacopoeial monograph বা approved specification অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হয়।
