Efflorescence is the loss of water of crystallization from a hydrated crystalline substance when exposed to suitable environmental conditions.
Efflorescence হলো hydrated crystalline substance থেকে উপযুক্ত পরিবেশগত অবস্থায় water of crystallization বের হয়ে যাওয়ার প্রক্রিয়া। এর ফলে পদার্থের mass, appearance বা physical properties পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। এটি pharmaceutical raw materials-এর storage ও handling-এ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হতে পারে।
