A Fluidized Bed Dryer (FBD) is a drying system in which heated air passes through a bed of particles, causing them to become suspended and facilitating heat and mass transfer.
Fluidized Bed Dryer (FBD)-এ heated air particle bed-এর মধ্য দিয়ে প্রবাহিত হয়ে granules-কে fluidized অবস্থায় রাখে। এতে granules-এর সঙ্গে বাতাসের সংস্পর্শ বাড়ে এবং drying দ্রুত ও সমানভাবে হতে সাহায্য করে। এটি pharmaceutical wet granules শুকানোর জন্য বহুল ব্যবহৃত equipment।
