Sublimation is the direct transition of a substance from the solid state to the gaseous state without passing through the liquid state.
Sublimation হলো কোনো পদার্থের liquid state অতিক্রম না করে সরাসরি solid state থেকে gaseous state-এ রূপান্তরিত হওয়ার প্রক্রিয়া। Freeze drying-এ frozen product-এর ice এই প্রক্রিয়ায় অপসারিত হয়।
